Accessibility Statement MyClub

Declaration of values

Decathlon is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), and in particular Article 13.

To this end, Decathlon is implementing the following strategy and actions:

• The project to bring our tools up to standards regarding digital accessibility was initiated in June 2021.

• Each audit is accompanied by a report. A contact person has been identified for each tool in order to monitor the improvement process. An action plan with shared objectives is set up to improve the use of our tools.

• We are currently working on a multi-year accessibility plan for 2026-2028, aimed at improving accessibility across all our tools. This plan is expected to be published by the end of 2025.

Service Description

MyClub is a B2B digital platform designed mainly for collective organizations (Sports Clubs, Associations, Public Administrations). 

It provides two main experiences: a procurement interface for administrators to buy equipment and customized goods, and "Clubstores" (online shops) where individual members can purchase products selected by their organization.

MyClub provides a range of products and services, including footwear, apparel, and accessories, along with customization options for select products. Customers can browse, purchase, and receive products using the search and checkout system, with multiple payment and shipping options available.

Compliance Status

MyClub is Partially compliant with EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA due to the non-compliances and/or exemptions listed below 

Inaccessible Content

The following content and/or features are not accessible for the reasons specified below:

• Non-compliance with EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA

• Some images uploaded by club administrators (logos, banner images) may lack appropriate alternative text, making them inaccessible to screen readers

• Some parts of the checkout process (managed by a third-party solution) may not have a fully visible focus indicator for keyboard navigation.

• Some select elements do not have an accessible name in the language selection tool (footer)

• Some select buttons (especially linked to the responsive version of the website) do not have an accessible name

• Form fields may lack labels 

• Outside solution : exemption for Decathlon non-compliance

• The configurator used to customize apparel or accessories is designed and implemented by a Decathlon Partner Company called Unmade at unmade.com. The configurator is only partly compliant. 

• Unmade will share their own audit results and accessibility information

• Planned solution(s) and timeline (if applicable): A full accessibility audit and improvements will be organised during 2026. Our current front-end experience is being improved upon every week and will address these issues within 2026

• Content not within the scope of accessibility legislation (if applicable)

• PDF documents (invoices, quotes) may not be fully accessible.
